Craft Day

I did a craft day with Sam and Natalie Saturday.
It was a lot of fun. I found this at Hobby Lobby and really thought it was cute.
Hobby Lobby has a lot of different ideas for crafts posted throughout the store.
I might do a giveaway in the next month or so for one that says LOVE...so stay tuned...
I am looking forward to many more craft days. That was a lot of fun. I love those girls!

Ham, Bacon, and Cheddar mini muffins

I saw these and knew I wanted to make them. I saw them here.

Ham and Cheddar Mini Muffins
3 Tbsp. butter

1 medium sweet onion, finely chopped

1 1/2 cups Bisquick

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup milk

1 large egg

1/2 cup finely chopped cooked ham

1/2 cup "Real Bacon"

Melt butter over medium-high heat; add onion, and saute until tender. Combine bisquick and cheese in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.

Stir together milk and egg, blending well; add to cheese mixture, stirring until moist. Stir in onion, ham, and bacon. Spoon into lightly greased(PAM) mini muffin pans, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 425 for 18 minutes. Let stand 2-3 minutes before removing from pan. Makes 2 dozen.

***These were pretty good! and really easy to make! I would probably add salt and pepper to the dough before cooking. They would be great served with eggs or somthing. Delicious!

Let me know how you like them!

Earring making

Mom and I made these earrings for her Mom for Mother's Day as she was going to get her ear's pierced. I have not made jewelry for the longest time. It was nice to get all the stuff out again and make stuff. I am looking forward to doing more crafts now that school is done with. We made a total of 14 pairs of earrings.
